Varifocal Adaptation Tips
New to varifocals? Here are some tips to help you adapt more quickly:

Be patient - Allow 1-2 weeks for full adaptation. Most people adapt within a few days, but it may take longer depending on your previous eyewear experience.

Practice head movements - Turn your head instead of just your eyes to look at objects. This helps you find the right part of the lens for each distance.

Point your nose - Point your nose at what you want to see clearly. This positions your eyes to use the optimal part of the lens.

Wear them consistently - The more you wear them, the faster you'll adapt. Try not to switch between your new varifocals and old glasses during the adaptation period.

Be careful on stairs - Look through the bottom of your lenses when going down stairs. This helps with depth perception as you adapt to your new lenses.
